A healthy diet with balanced nutrition can make you a long life. Recent studies of China refer to consumption of foods high in magnesium such as fish, green vegetables and nuts can lower the risk of developing the disease is not contagious.

Dr. Fang Xuexian, expert nutrition from Zhengzhou University, China, do some research by looking at data from 40 studies previously from 1999 until 2016. Dr. Fang analyze the effect of a diet high in magnesium towards risk of developing infectious not such as stroke, diabetes and heart attack.

Results of the study mentions a diet high in magnesium can lower the risk of developing heart disease stroke 10 percent, 12 percent and 26 percent of diabetes. In addition, the risk of other diseases such as heart failure and other heart disease deaths decline 7 percent.

Researchers suspect the consumption of magnesium in large quantities it helps overcome the onset of inflammatory in some organs of the body. Inflammation is one of the factors why the cause of chronic diseases can be controlled so that it does not become more severe.

Dr. Andrea Romani, researchers from Case Western Reserve University, Ohio, called the high content of magnesium in mind on food such as fish, leafy green vegetables, wheat until the nuts.
